Bill Coyle - has been with Encompass the World since 1994. His favorite part of being a travel agent is spending time with couples who are planning their honeymoon. He offers options and helps them feel comfortable with one of their first major decisions together. He also enjoys planning destination weddings and family reunions. Bill gets to know his clients and helps them feel comfortable with their purchase. He is very involved with US Figure Skating events held locally. Donna Dobbins  is an experienced world traveler and travel agent.  She has escorted students all over the world and also has training and certification in many exciting areas.  Las Vegas, Mexico, and the Caribbean are some of her expertise and favorite places.  Princess, Royal Caribbean and Carnival are a few of the training certifications that she has done.  She also has traveled many parts of the United States and is willing to help you travel easily in our own country and see many exciting adventures.  donnad@etwtravel.com

Kathy Kall - is an experienced travel agent with training and certification in many areas. Some areas of expertise are Las Vegas, Bermuda, Mexico, Punta Cana, Jamaica, and many others. She has taken classes and is certified to sell Royal Caribbean, Princess, Cunard, Carnival, NCL, and Celebrity Cruise Lines. Kathy is also a Sandals and Honeymoon and Wedding Destination Specialist.  Kathy has gone on site inspections of many Mexico and Caribbean resorts. She brings a passion for travel and excellent customer service to our Brunswick office. kathy@etwtravel.com

Susan Franczak - loves arranging vacation travel for her clients. It is something fun and exciting that she enjoys taking part in. Traveling to different destinations to obtain knowledge is very important in this profession. She believes that Encompass the World Travel has the staff that can provide current and accurate information about a multitude of destinations. Personally, she has been in the travel business, in several different facets, for about 17 years. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and her two daughters. Patty Schwelgin - came to us in 2008, previously having owned a travel agency in Brunswick, Ohio. Patty has 20+ years experience in the travel industry, including teaching at the Travel Academy.  She is certified in many destinations, including Hawaii, Orlando and Las Vegas.  She is also certified with Royal Caribbean Cruises and Carnival Cruise Line.  Patty is a hard worker and very dedicated to finding the best vacation for her clients.
