I actually was a client of Encompass the World Travel before I became a travel agent. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and genuine care for their customers, that I knew I wanted to pursue this profession with them.

In January 2010, I began this journey with them. I have always had a passion for travel, andI enjoy listening to others talk of their travel adventures. Having the opportunity to be instrumental in sending people on their vacations is absolutely thrilling to me.

I enjoy the planning, organizing and details of arranging a clients getaway. Above all, I want the customer to be happy with their travel experience from start to finish.

I particularly enjoy planning trips to the Caribbean. I am a huge fan of Apple Vacations. Their packages and their customer service is second to none. I had traveled with Apple long before I became a travel agent and know first-hand, the exceptional service that their organization offers its clients. I know that when I merge a client with Apple Vacations, they will be well taken care of. I have traveled extensively to Key West and Las Vegas and am always excited to arrange a client s trip to those locations.
