Hi Bill,Just wanted to tell you what a great job Melanie did in giving us options in preparing for our Alaskan trip, August 2021. She has been wonderful and patient in explaining the options and answering all our questions. She is one great travel agent! Take care and stay safe.– Anna Marie Donley
